Improving Learning, Mental Health, and Wellbeing for Children and Families

Prepared for: Board of Directors, Partners, and Donors

executive summary

Refresh‑RX Foundation is a faith‑informed, evidence‑based non‑profit organization committed to improving learning, mental health, and wellbeing outcomes for children and families in underserved communities.  This 10‑Year Strategic Plan (2026–2035) provides a clear roadmap for moving from direct service delivery to systems‑level influence.
